Landlords & Letting Agents

In 2018, the Government made it law that all rental properties will have to reach at least a Grade E efficiency rating or face a fine of up to £5,000 per property. This new ECO scheme will now improve the efficiency rating of your rental property from EPC efficiency rating from E, F or G to a new minimum EPC efficiency rating of C. This will be achieved by a fabric first approach , improving the Insulation and Heating of the your rental property.
